The Advanced Workshop
This group program is a one-day session focused on improving
the day-to-day working relationships between co-workers. It is designed to provide a forum
for working groups to discuss their personality styles as they relate to performing work
functions. The program includes:
- Reviewing colors at an advanced level
- Trends analysis (color combinations)
- Interaction at all five levels (includes
distress symptoms)
- Advanced application exercises
- Leadership development action plan
- Identifying ways to capitalize on your
strengths
- Managing your weaknesses (identify high/low
color blind sides)
- Developing win-win strategies to turn conflict
into cooperation
- Strategies to manage stress
The session encourages participants to use work experience as
case studies to diagnose the impact of personality styles. The outcome of the
session is to teach individuals to use the profiling system on an on-going basis.
Specific action plans are developed by the individual to improve working relationships
with co-workers. The benefits to the organization include reducing conflicts,
improving communications, and a greater ability to focus on work-related topics and
maintain productive behaviors.
Each participant must have attended either the
Introductory Workshop or the Executive Training session prior to attending the Advanced
Workshop. Due to the one-on-one interaction needed in this workshop, a maximum of 12
participants is recommended.
