Executive Training Session (ETS)

(2 Day Program )
The ETS is individualized training designed for the CEO and top level manager. This individualized setting provides the opportunity to focus on organizational challenges, developmental issues and experiences specific to your needs. We will tailor the information and delivery system to your personal learning style. The recommendation is to conduct the ETS at our Spokane, Washington or  Portland, Oregon offices.

This is a customized and practical working session designed to create action plans to enhance your effectiveness when meeting personal goals and when interacting with others.   You will be involved throughout the program.

Because this program is customized, you will be working with the profiles of peers, subordinates and other reporting relationships.  Using this information, we will help you to build specific plans targeting:

  • Becoming more effective by knowing and using your unique style of management
  • Identifying your organization’s cultural strengths and vulnerabilities
  • Developing specific action plans for personal development and leadership

Each individual discussed during this session will need to be profiled prior to the session.

The ETS is popular with our clients.  Many executives say it is the most revealing and practical business seminar they have ever attended.   They leave the session with action plans for personal development and leadership that can be implemented immediately.

An added value derived from the ETS program is that your Management Technologies consultant now understands your goals, initiatives, issues and their underlying causes.  These can be addressed when the consultant provides subsequent training and consulting with your organization.

Each participant must be profiled prior to the training session.
