This customized program is designed for persons in
leadership positions. Concepts cover communicating and managing our personal lives
as well as being more productive with business associates.
Fine-tune leadership
effectiveness:
- Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses within yourself and
your management team
- Understand the needs and expectations of a team
- Know how to lead and manage each individual
- Identify and manage disconnects between a managers leadership
style and the group needs and expectations
Deal with change:
- Understand the timing involved with accepting change
- Deal with underlying issues and concerns which can block
commitment to change
- Create a foundation implementing both planned and unplanned
change
Build effective teams:
- Develop a common language which elevates trust and team
bonding
- Identify and channel individual differences that exist between
team members
- Help eliminate unknowns for new team members or managers as
they merge into an existing work group
This program will help participants focus on organizational
challenges; developmental issues and experiences that will help participants work with
peers, subordinates and other supporting relationships more effectively.
