This customized program is designed for persons in leadership positions.  Concepts cover communicating and managing our personal lives as well as being more productive with business associates.

Fine-tune leadership effectiveness:

  • Identify areas of strengths and weaknesses within yourself and your management team
  • Understand the needs and expectations of a team
  • Know how to lead and manage each individual
  • Identify and manage disconnects between a managers leadership style and the group needs and expectations

Deal with change:

  • Understand the timing involved with accepting change
  • Deal with underlying issues and concerns which can block commitment to change
  • Create a foundation implementing both planned and unplanned change

Build effective teams:

  • Develop a common language which elevates trust and team bonding

This program will help participants focus on organizational challenges; developmental issues and experiences that will help participants work with peers, subordinates and other supporting relationships more effectively.
