Facilitator Training
Facilitator Training
is structured as a one-on-one experience to provide a working knowledge of our profiling
system. Facilitator training is a two-day session conducted at our Spokane, WA,
or Portland,
OR offices. This individualized setting gives you the opportunity to focus
on basic information, advanced concepts and application training for day-to day assistance
with your staff. We will customize the information to your company and provide tools
to deliver the information effectively within your organization.
This is a customized
and practical working session
designed to be the first phase of training for explaining our personality
reports, conflict resolution, and assisting staff members with an understanding
of our profiling system for day-to-day application. It is our
recommendation that, following this session, the Facilitator trainee attend at
least two company training programs or a one day follow-up session in Spokane or Portland within one year to be proficient.
Because this program is customized, we will be working with
the profiles of your company's management and staff. A portion of the training is
based on reviewing the profiles of your peers and managers. Therefore profiles of
key individuals will be needed for this program.
Facilitator training
will aid you in the areas of:
- Motivation
- Teambuilding
- Conflict resolution
- Career planning
- Reviewing Applicants
- In house consulting
After the initial session, training will also include work
with the Facilitator trainee over the phone, covering applicants and team members. This
builds knowledge and confidence for day-to-day application. (This workshop does not
certify the individual to conduct training and workshops.)
The Facilitator trainee should be the person who will be
helping associates in your organization use information from the profiling system on a
day-to-day basis. The trainee will leave the session with adequate information to
start working with team members and management to obtain a long-term return on your
investment.
Each participant must be profiled prior to the
Facilitator Training session.
