Introductory Workshop (2 day program)
The Introductory Workshop
is a two-day program providing an introduction to our personality profiling system along
with action planning to improve personal effectiveness.
Day-1 provides the working group with an
understanding of the framework and language of the profiling system. Our goal is to
educate the program participants to understand the concepts of the profiling system and to
apply it to their day-to-day activities. Therefore, our program goes beyond just the
interpretation of an individual profile. We want the participants to be able to read
each other's profiles and understand key concepts of the assessment. Once the
participants understand the assessment, the stage is set for small group meetings, which
take place on day two.
Day-2 is designed to give specific feedback
to each participant with a focus on personal effectiveness. We recommend that the
participants be scheduled in small group sessions for a one or two hour meeting with the
facilitator. These sessions provide the opportunity to apply what has been learned
during day one. Each participant will leave the session:
- Capitalizing on personal strengths
- Managing personal blind sides
- Meeting the needs and expectations of others
- Managing personal conflict
- Leadership action plans for team members

We request that the workshop be held off-site to minimize the potential for
interruptions or distractions.
