The Applied Strategic Planning program is designed to take you through each step of the planning process and establish a clear direction to meet the goals and objectives of your organization. This process will help you:

• Define the values, vision and mission of your organization
• Understand the five approaches to planning
• Identify your critical success indicators
• Complete a performance audit
• Identify your organization’s strengths and weaknesses
• Develop an action plan that sets present and future action

Used in conjunction with the concepts derived from our profiling system, we will help you develop a strategic plan that meets the needs of your organization and identify the persons most suited to implement each step.

Each planning participant must be profiled prior to the planning session.
